Hi, all. Welcome to my 30Bad page. I've been on and off a low fat raw vegan lifestyle since spring of 2011. I'm currently high raw or raw till' 4. I am hoping to be fully raw again when I can afford it. If you have any good tips to help me maintain success on the 811 lifestyle feel free to share with me and if you'd like to stay connected shoot me a request. Have a High-Bliss-Cruelty-Free Day.

thanks for the add. enjoying your music
Hey Sweets, It's nice to hear from you. It's been a year! I'm way overdue on a Raveonettes show. I should take a trip to cali next time they play. It's important you enjoy how you choose to live, whether that's eating more fruit or not. It's great you're choosing to be vegan. What's new in your life? How is california? Any new and exciting music? Your new profile picture is Beautiful. I should update mine sometime. Do you like to read? I just finished an amazing book called Sculptor in the Sky. You might enjoy it. Have a Sunshine filled Tuesday!

Hey there fruity friend :D I've been away from the online network for awhile, but I'm back. Thank YOU for the glorious Tamaryn link.. I'm hooked. When are you seeing them and if you already did, how was the show? I do have a major soft spot for the shoegazey sound and I really appreciate the recommendation. I'm going through this phase of 80's new wave music and frank sinatra lately haha.. It's nice to mix it up. Did you follow through with mango island or have you just been enjoying a whole lot of mangoes? I've done quite a bit of juice fasting on and off lately to correct some digestion issues I've dealt with for a couple years now. On June 8th I'm actually flying out to Santa Rosa to do a supervised water fast. It could last anywhere from 14 days to 30+. We will see how that goes! It should be very beneficial in my case. Right now I'm LOVING the honeydews and raspberries :D I hope all is well in mango land and you're enjoying this fruit filled summer!
That's Soooo sweet you've seen the raveonettes TWICE. I'm a bit jealous, in fact :) Maybe one of these days I'll have a chance to catch their show. You live in a great area for live shows. AZ is not quite as exciting. That photo was taken at the White Tank mountains about 20 minutes from my house. It's full of trails, including a dried up waterfall that still drips a little bit. It's pretty for the desert though. How's the fruit this month?
Hey Jessica, thanks so much for the friending!
Have an awesome day! :D

You too! ;)
Mmmm Berries are yummy. I'd eat more if they weren't so expensive here. Do you ever drink thai coconut water? I think it's the most refreshing drink on this planet. I have yet to experience the golden opportunity of a Raveonettes show. Have you?? I can only imagine how kick back that would be. I'm not sure they've ever played in AZ. It seems like anytime I checked their schedule, they were playing small shows in LA or outside the states. There may have to be some future planning here!
I love your page, Jess. The music and the pics. :)
Music & Fruit = 100% pure bliss! That sounds like a fantastic idea. I definitely wouldn't mind being in your neck of the woods. I'm always looking for a good excuse to visit cali. I usually visit the carlsbad area once a year and occasionally pacific beach. Mmm I can smell the sea breeze now. What's your favorite fruit to fill up on? I have an obsession with oranges and pineapple right now. It was watermelon in the summer. You can hit me up anytime for music talk! Hope you're having a fabulous week yourself.
