I am married, and a mother of three children. In 2009 I was diagnosed with Triple negative breast cancer, and none the wiser I went with the medical treatment that was provided. Since then I have learned so much about diet, food combining, acid/ alkaline... any way after trying so many different things I have through my own research and the valuable information given to me by my newfound friends at the organic markets, decided as my new years resolution to go raw. This has led me to your website.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I love to work out at the gym since being given a membership by my eldest daughter for xmas.
I read lots of health related books these days, no particular favourites although i quite like " Go Fruit Yourself"
Prior to being diagnosed, I watched lots of movies and read the twilight series, but with my children i dont have much time for these things as I value my health so much more and invest great amounts of time into researching health related articles, exercise and spiritual growth.

I sent Freelee an email from the email i got when I bought her book. Basically Im ready to go fully into HCRV, just want to be given information relating to my previous cancer condition, my question being : SUGAR is cancers number one feeder so with such high sweet fruit ( to get the carbs) way of eating how can I be sure this wont be feeding cancer cells in my body, when many other sources of information say stay away from all kinds of sugar?? I f you can elaborate on this i would be very much greatful. As apart from my own personal concern, I can see this is a very valid way of living and am encouraging my family to convert their way of living too
30bad is a fruit-focused vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. I'm not a doctor or anything, but to tell you the truth I don't think fruit is going to feed cancer cells. Even the American Cancer Society and Mayo clinic stress in cancer patients and survivors to eat lots of fruits and veggies. Now I do believe that processed foods with all the refined sugars, fats, and chemicals will cause and feed cancer. Watch your fat intake because it causes the problems. I keep my intake below 10% but thats me. Eat fruit to keep up your calories and don't forget your dark leafy greens. Lots of water to keep you hydrated.

Hi Jen

Is nice to meet other survivor that is doing the LFRV lifestyle. Are you taking meds still like herceptin? I saw my Oncologist for the last time in January, (my insurance ran out, it was only good for the 5year mark). He told me that my primary care Dr could do the T marker test for me. Have a blessed day and thanks for the friends invite.
