"I usually don't wear any shoes when running, but I do wear Vibram Five Fingers around or my cycling shoes (which have metal cleats on the bottom for locking into the pedals) for going into stores, I do run in the vibrams if my feet are too…"

Transitioning in the beginning

My raw food journey began one morning rolling out of bed feeling groggy and unmotivated. I decided I needed to get out of the house and on my bike. I remember feeling angry and frustrated as I petaled to what is now my favorite mountain biking and healing retreat. After my ride I came home still feeling angry and kept asking myself why do I feel like this?

But lately I haven't been doing much running, I have been cycling everywhere since I got a bike a while back, I need some encouragement to start running again. I hurt my knee running a few months ago and cycling has been feeling good, now it seems I need to do some running again.
