We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I have been raw on and off for a while but this time I am actually sticking to my plan by following mostly fruit and some greens and veges on the side. I am not 100% yet but working towards it. Probably 60-80 at this point. I found this website by watching youtube videos and really think I can improve my health dramatically. My goal is to one day help others do the same.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I am eating all my meals but dinner high fruit with maybe a green smoothie mixed in. I just need to make that final step and go all the way or maybe do a banana island type transition. I am not sure but I guess that final step is alluding me.
