I'm a bipoly gal who loves to farm, do arts & crafts, exercise & move, anything to do with fruit, and live the Natural Hygienic lifestyle as much as possible.

I have enjoyed doing 80/10/10 raw vegan diet-wise for almost 10 years now (since mid-2002), and followed Natural Hygienic principles since the mid-80's. My story as of a bit before The 80/10/10 Diet (book) came out is in the book's testimonials appendix in back.

TV: don't have TV anymore, again, but do Hulu and Podcasts, etc. at times... I love to look at them while I'm running on the treadmill when I run on the treadmill at the house. So it was extra special to do my barefoot run on the treadmill this morning while watching them AND the new baby just born yesterday! :) Soooo cute! :) No wonder the mom has been so hungry lately. LOL

Guinea pigs and rabbits make great companions for 80-10-10 people IMO. They like to eat the same sorts of things, but often different… Continue

Was bumped, sort-of, going home from visiting my dad after H&F Week, etc. - long story that started with the plane getting delayed from mechanical problems, causing me to miss my connection before we left... ended up leaving a day later. Turned out nice though, they put me up in a hotel, gave me a couple of $8 food vouchers (that I used for bananas, actually found ripe bananas at the airport AND hotel, wow!), and they put me on First Class for my flights back today.
