so, day one I've entered my data on chronometer and whilst I'm ignoring calories (as it's a lot more than I'd normally eat) my split is 91% carb, 5% protein and 4% fat so I'm really pleased :) I think I'll reduce the dates and up the salad as I am feeling nicely full.
I did a serious weights session and two dog walks totalling 9 miles without any energy dip at all
