so, day one I've entered my data on chronometer and whilst I'm ignoring calories (as it's a lot more than I'd normally eat) my split is 91% carb, 5% protein and 4% fat so I'm really pleased :) I think I'll reduce the dates and up the salad as I am feeling nicely full.

I did a serious weights session and two dog walks totalling 9 miles without any energy dip at all

Hi Jane, thanks for the add!

That's what we're all here for, to help each other out! Check out all the pinned notes on the main page, there are lots of links to all sorts of helpful info. If you start having a lot of cravings or feel like you have to force yourself to stay on-diet then pay more attention to calories to make sure you're getting upwards of 2500. I know it's hard, especially at first, but makes a BIG difference! Other than that I think the next most important thing to do is go easy on yourself, love yourself enough to keep trying to do the right thing, but just as you wouldn't wallop a kid who tied their shoes wrong, don't get down on yourself if you have an off meal, day, week.

Just keep getting back up dust yourself off and keep going! :)
