Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I've been on the 80/10/10 Journey for just over 2 years and it's taken my till now April, 2013 to drop my food addictions. Was all fruit during the day and then cooked at nite, often buying cooked oily noodles. Well finally 100% mindset of what goes into my body must be 80/10/10. And now 6 weeks and Im seeing the results ... weight dropping (8kg), eating heaps and energy to go to gym and ride to work. Im so excited I have retrained my brain ... it was worth it. I am passionate about the care of the Earth, Animals and People. I seek to fully enjoy my life with my family and friends. I've done some travel and intend to do a lot more. I enjoy tropical locations. Thanks for a Fantastic social network.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I Love creating Happiness & Abundance for myself and others... by Disappearing Limiting Beliefs, Fears, Traumas for myself and others ... which is what stops us getting what we want in life. This makes available complete Freedom to then Live a Life you Love. Its fast and simple. And can be done via skype call.
If you'd like to disappear a trauma .. and prefer to keep yours private ... you can still disappear the upsetting emotion you feel when they think of the trauma without sharing what it is. The memory of the event is there .. the emotion is gone. It is a rather awesome experience to remove a trauma, its like having a heaviness removed that felt like it would be with you forever.

I love eating delicious sweet organic fruit as much as I can. I like mono meals and also green smoothies which help me get my greens in and huge salads in my awesome huge salad bowl.

I enjoy a short meditation ... focusing on Love and Gratitude above my crown. Even a short 30 second visualisation is very powerful. Puts me in an awesome place.

I LOVE the beach!!!

I Love tropical places and have traveled to a few places already. Im looking forward to live in a place with lots of awesome tropical fruit.

Snails ? Oh My God, they just made some piercing in my new tender cute tomato leaves, I got there and gave them an instant notice of eviction... but your sawdust is just a lot better and I wouldn't have to go in my tomato patch every day.

So far I am only shopping at supermarkets, I fly in late and leave early in the morning so I don't really have access to fresh fruit markets... In Port Hedland I also shopped at the supermarket, I didn't see any producer around or any fresh markets during the time I was there... Maybe I'll get lucky with that next time ?

i had lots of expectations about the trip but thanks to two delays in two flights, one international and one domestic i ended rushing in perth airport to get to my next flight in less than 5 minutes ... so much for my awesome time in perth... thank you qantas ! i am still hoping to get some time there and get the opportunity to catch up !!! next attempt : july ! LOL ! Luckily qantas, sydney airport and aircalin will be delivering a better sevrice to their customers and passengers at that time ! Let's be positive ! all the fruity best to you ! I was joking around with a fellow 30BaD member today and thought how cool it would be to have a 30BaD Board Game, which could also be a Facebook game.

It could be made to be fun and educational at the same time.

What about just a fun game that could also attract attention to 30BaD community and lifestyle? What goes well with Bananas ...... a Donkey Kong style game?
