Hello everyone, my name is Jake. I am 19 years young, 5'11" and 125lbs or 56kg. I graduated the baby sitting service known as high school a year early. I then went on to study Horticulture for a year and upon the beginning of my second year I realized that Horticulture is not the field I want to be in. I don't like chemicals so why would I want to learn about chemicals and putting them on plants? I then just recently went to the University of the Virgin Islands to study aquaponics which is a more sustainable way of farming. Although typical conventional aquaponics uses fish species selected to eat, I am interested in implementing aquaponics with an ornamental koi pond to grow my kitchen garden. I intend to take a course on Permaculture. I would love to move to Ecuador, adopt a strict 80/10/10rv diet, start a food forest, and an aquaponic koi kitchen garden, while showing others how to do the same.
I became interested in 30BaD after coming across durianriders videos. I didn't come across durianrider for a while after I started researching raw plant based foods. First is started with therawfoodworld, then some of Dave Wold's videos, then I saw some durianrider videos and it made sense. Although DW and MM mean well, they sure are trying to sell a lot of s*** you don't need, and they try and make you think you NEED it. So thank you Durianrider for speaking the truth and really hammering it into peoples' heads out there!
