Girls, you know when you have your period and you just can't seem to get enuff food to satisfy your tummy even though you may not be hungry? well thats me today - have had heaps of fruit, but cant seem to get enuff in, so my brain especially wants fatty stuff like avos and nuts... problem is I have mixed fruits and fats together today cos my brain is haywire and I don't know what it wants!! Any suggestions welcome!
Feeling fat and bloated :(
I am finding it really hard to eat enough fruit! Been doing fruit for about 2 and 1/2 weeks now.. 4 bananas is still my max, now they are starting to make me screw up my nose, as are the dates.. Today I did 10 dates blended with some cinnamon to cut the sweetness and that did help.. I can do a cantaloupe pretty easy, mangos ok, it's a little bit hard getting the variety here in Melbourne, plus we are in Autumn and it's starting to get colder.. Hey all, felt sick yesterday out on a boat ride, took food but ate nothing till dinner time (back at home).. Huge salads with mango dressing yum! This morning I made a huge smoothie of 6 bananas and 16 dates (trying to mask too much banana flavour, getting sick of them) I have had half and just can't finish it, too full! I don't know how people can get in more than 4 (my max) bananas at a time! J x
