I've been doing my current best to stay 80/10/10 and beyond for nearly 2 months. I've eaten some cooked potatoes or rice nearly every day, because I've found it very hard to find enough ripe fruit. I need to come up with a system on finding enough fruit and ripening it at home, but It's a challenge here in cold Finland.
