I've been dealing with a loss in the family and instead of sticking to what I knew was right, I ate the crap food people brought. At that moment I did not care. I got on the scale this morning and was right back up to 255. I am angry and ashamed with myself, but I know that I just slipped. I did not fail. Failing means giving up and I am not doing that.

So I went to edit my blog last night and ended up deleting it (all I did was make a mistake in my ratios! Hit the 5 key instead of the 6). Wtf. lol. Soooo, do over! =)

My local supermarket had a sale on oranges (13 pound box for 4.99) and I bought seven boxes. Plus an 8 pound bag and two 3 pound bags. Everyone is having oranges sale, YES! So happy! Love, love, love oranges!

Since my last post I have stayed true to 80-10-10 and am so proud of myself! I have not lost too much weight yet, only a little over five pounds but I feel so much better. I did go through a big detox period and I'm sure it's not over. That's ok though, because it's getting all the crud out and that's a good thing. :)
