We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I was vegan for many years and decided about three months ago to go HCRV after reading The 80-10-10 Diet. It's amazing! Never felt better! I do need to lose weight, but that is not the main goal. I want to be healthy and I know this is the path to take me there. Weight loss will be a nice bonus.
