Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: A little over a month ago I began eating raw which is good as I lost 8 pounds in that time and my running has already improved. I would say I'm 90% - 95% raw as I do eat some of the cooked vegetarian dishes my wife makes.
As I was searching for raw recipies online I stumbled on one of your videos, you talked about running on a high carb raw vegan diet (bananas) and I was very intrigued.
The thought of eating 30 bananas (one of my fav's) and sustaining a healthy life sytle is something I would like to try.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: My favorite books would be geared to self improvement, eg; Law of Attraction, hypnosis, EFT, Qigong, meditation etc.

Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I want to try 30 bananas a day for a weekend, what sort of cravings or body reactions might I expect over this short time? Are there vitamins or minerals I should take while doing this? Will this many bananas make me constipated?
