citrus albedo nutrition macros

So it may sound gross to some, but I've developed quite a fondness for eating the albedo of citrus fruits. The albedo is the thick white part of the skin (not just the stringy white part.....the thick bit!).Anyway, I've read where it contains a lot of nutrition, but does anyone know the macros? I would assume it's mostly carbs, but don't want to overload on fat....Thanks for any input!See More

I've been vegan for twenty years, but never ate fruit. Even though I was mostly raw, it was raw veg and high protein (tofu, seitan, protein powders). Eating fruit was foreign to me. After watching Freelee and DR's videos it made sense to give this high carb thing a try. Two months in and I feel great.....loads of energy, better digestion, soooo easy to "plan"'meals, and no afternoon slump. And I love coming home....my kitchen smells divine from all of the ripening fruit!
