I was born as Charlie but fly high as Icarus and am addressed as you like. Considering i'm only 18, i spent a majority of those years asleep, but waking up feeling fresh as green bananas. I start my days with outrageous fruit smoothies and my current 5-a-day is about 12-a-day yet i've still been eating too much gross grease and what have you. I can very clearly up my game and i'm going to have to. It only makes sense...

Most of my muscle mass is muslce memory from an aquaterian diet the past 6 years, it's now body toning not body building, I have however seen an increase in other muscle groups which I could not gain before on a vegetarian diet. If your aiming for muslce eat a good amount of greens, I don't eat many greens any more as it doesn't work for me, I just eat fruit and some nuts. Where about's in the uk are you?
