Profile Information

Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.
I came to 30BaD searching out a sustainable lifestyle that's healthy for me as a whole.
For the last three years I have been gradually turning my health around. With diet and excercise I have lost a third of my old body weight and plan to keep it off for good. The problem that I have found though is I've never been able to find what felt like a healthy balance in this time. Consistantly running low on energy if I'm keeping active or bloating/slight gains of weight and being lethargic when I had periods of rest.
After looking through many and trying a few different diets I cam to eating HCRV near the end of last year, I gave it a chance (admittedly not entirely strict) and felt a spectacular change in energy, vitality and digestive health in a suprisingly short period of time.
I went travelling though soon after and stopped eating raw, I have come back to it now though and I want to dedicate myself to living a sustainable vegan lifestyle.
What is your gender? PLEASE NOTE: To enhance the community experience, profile pics of yourself are *REQUIRED* to gain membership. Membership will be declined otherwise.
male
Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:
I really want to be HCRV and just need some guidance
Are you Connected?
no single
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
Yoga
Running (but not well)
Excercise with weights (home gym, kettlebells etc.)
Travel

Not much of a reader but am gradually picking up some bits and pieces that interest me, mostly about the practice of yoga but also some philosophy.
I'm also trying to learn French this year as I'm planning a trip to Canada in their next winter to work the ski season.
Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan and vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I'm looking for some moral support on the transition to HCRV as well as dietary guidance and a place to speak to and see what other similarly minded people across the world are up too.
30bad is a fruit-focused vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this
