We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Some friends of mine decided to do a "detox" for one month and I figured "why not?" I had felt that I had been drinking too much and wanted a change so it seemed a good idea. Much to my dismay, at the end of the month I felt so much better than I had that I decided to remain raw, and after hearing about the 80/10/10 lifestyle and 30bad I decided to switch to this lifestyle. While I am still experiencing detox symptoms and have not yet reached my full potential, life is good.

Just had to throw that out there, as it means nothing to anyone I know except maybe you guys :P Last March I went raw for one month with some friends, as a detox. I laughed and said "Why not?
