Stomach acid in regards to 811 - The sience...

Have there been any study made with regards to green sallads effects on raising/maintaining a strong HCL level in that stomach? I have found that eating to much fruit rly weakens my digestion but once i start the day with a big nice sallad my digestion speeds up to normal again. I would rly like to know if there has been any science test with regards to stomach HCL production in meat eaters vs sallad eaters since everyone is saying meat is the way to produce HCL but in my experience green…See More

In a 29yo guy trying to get on the 811 diet. I did try it for a few days after reading Dr Douglas Graham book but found it to hard to get good quality fruit here in Sweden. But ever since i have gotten back to my old diet my body just screams it wants fruit :) So im trying with smaller steps to go 100% 811 but it is going to take some time to get the rutine for where to buy the fruit etc. I i was living in thailand i would be a 100% 811 over night :)

Could it have been just a cold and damp house that got me sick?

Posted on October 13, 2012 at 8:02pm 1 Comment

So my chronic inflammation is back like it always is when im not with 811, usaly it is not that bad and it has been good for about a year now so i had forgotten much about it but now it is rly acting up and im sure it is beacuse of the house we are renting in New Zealand. I remember that my inflammation alwas got worse when it was cold and damp outside and it was always much better in the summer back in Sweden. I thought that i might have been the bananas that made me sick but it can also…

Day SEVENTEEN - FAIL

Posted on October 9, 2012 at 11:06am 3 Comments

So i cant take it any longer, it must be that i do not tolerate bananas or oranges since i just get more and more down every day now. Next time i will try 811 i will do it in a place that offers more options when it comes to fruit. As for this time i feel i got nothing good out of 811. Most bad things happened like i got extremely sensetive to just about everything chemical.

Hope this blog do not scare peopel from doing 811, i have no doubt that it works fine you just have to make…

Posted on October 7, 2012 at 7:14pm 4 Comments

Im starting to find a connection between sodium and cravings, when im eating low sodium i get cravings but when i get some sodium i feel fine. The problem is that my only source of sodium is cos lettuce. Because chard, spinach et al. i have read are not good to eat raw and celery i cant handle well, will try it again at a later time but got bad stomach ace when i had it las day. So do you guys have any other good sources of sodium?
