So Full!...with only 4 peaches?

Hello fellow fruit munchers! So I am munching away on a bowl of 10 peaches, doing some homework. Got to the fourth one and I feel full already!!! I know that it is only the water content, but I don't know if I can fit another one in me! Any suggestions? Should I wait for a few minutes then keep going? Or try to stretch my tummy? Thoughts? Thanks, HPSee More

My name is Heather, and I am a 6'2" recently gone vegan about 3 months ago and is starting to transition into the LFRV lifestyle. I was a college volleyball and basketball player for Southern Oregon University where during I found out I was pregnant, moved in with my husband, and had my son. I became lazy, lethargic, and fat. I gained 70 pounds after I had my son. I won't go into too much detail about our home life, but my husband's and my marriage was extremely toxic, and I am happy to announce that I have been divorced for about 5 days now. Since moving out with my son, and moving into my parents house, I have lost 45 pounds. My transition so far was dairy and gluten free, so most of my meals where naturally vegan. I decided to go fully vegan about three months ago, and I came across Kristina's Fully Raw Youtube. From there, I found EasytobeRaw, DurianRider, Freelea, and a host of other people living this amazing lifestyle. I purchased 80/10/0 and am 1/3 through it. I have been incorporating most of my meals to be raw, but I have days where its really hard. I will be moving out of my parents house in a year and a half, and I am very excited about that, because my entire house will be a LFRV safe haven! Right now, my parents are not vegan, and so they have a ton of horrible food in the house, and I have tried asking them to possibly put aside a special spot in the fridge, cupboard, etc, for my stuff, but in a few days its filled again with their chips, popcorn, milk, etc. I am really excited to have found this site, for I don't know ANY vegans, let alone raw foodies in this tiny town of Coos Bay, OR. Eugene is 2 hours away, Portland 4 1/2, so its a trek to get to a place that is more accepting of this lifestyle. Ok, so now that I have rambled, thank you for allowing me to be a part of this amazing community!

The biggest assistance I need is motivation to stay on the amazing path to great health and happiness. I am living with my parents, who are non-vegan and don't really understand how important diet is for thriving. I would also love to get a lot of insight as to how to transition my son into this lifestyle. I know it is very beneficial, and already he eats more fruits and vegetables than most other two year olds. I am nervous though, and want to make sure that he is getting absolutely everything he needs and that I am doing the right things for HIS health and happiness.

Thank you to those who commented on my previous blog. It is so amazing to see others on the same path as I am, and I am excited to learn more and more every day about thriving on this lifestyle.

Sitting at my desk, I am munching on dinner - green leaf salad with cherry tomatoes, carrots, green bell peppers, zucchini, and a homemade dressing made with blended tomatoes, basil leaves, and half an avocado. It tastes divine, and I feel so wonderful and happy today! I could conquer the…

Hi Ya'll, Heather here.

I am brand new to this lifestyle, though have been tiptoeing the line for about a month now. Some days will be raw, others will be the "junk food" vegan. Initially, I have lost weight, but for the past month it has stayed consistent, and I have days where I feel so tired. Then I found Durianrider's youtube page, and from there, Freelee's page, and I was so intrigued and interested!

I am one-third of the way through 811 book, and it makes so much…
