I'm found 30 bananas a day when I was researching about 80 10 10. I have tried every diet out there and have failed. All the diets I tried were based on high protein low carbs. I was going to cross fit and trying the paleo lifestyle and I felt s***ty. I was constantly hungry and shaky. After reading about the 80 10 10 lifestyle it made sense to me. So here I am starting this new journey and I think 30 bananas will help along the way.
