"I tried using only water, for about 14 months, never really stopped being greasy. Eventually gave up. I was not 100% HCRV the whole time though, so I might try again when I've been HCRV for a good period of time."

I'm in NYC and I need to find good places for fruit. I know there's fruit everywhere, but it's all so expensive it's making Norway look cheap. Some dates would get me a long way.I'm on East 39th right now. Whole Foods is pretty awesome, and I've bought the Odwalla Mango Tango per Harley's recommendation. Would love other suggestions though.See More

Shopping - The Easy Way

Today I went to a wholesaler for the first time. It was amazing! I felt like a kid in a candy store, and went home with quite a catch:

2 cases of large persimmons (30 each)

2 cases of bananas (18,14 kg each)

1 case of watermelon (16 kg)

1 case of Piel de Sapo melons (10 kg)

1 case of spinach

The guys working there were all very nice and helpful. They asked me if a ran a store. "No, I just eat enormous amounts of fruit", I said. One…
