So I'm a beginner to 811, and I finally read the book. I decided to start gradually, and increase my fruit intake each day. However, I found that having large quantities of mangoes make me feel sick. Like many, for years I have been into those "diets" back in forth in my life, followed by a binging period, and all those things made me really unhappy with myself and my body. I have always loved fruit, but I never realized it could be the main ingredient in my eating lifestyle until I came across Durianrider and Freelee's videos. I absolutely loved the sound of it! I've been raw vegan for about four days now, and it's been very hard, but I'm willing to commit for the rest of my life. I really love that 30 bananas a day exists for some support.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I love nutrition and fitness. I am constantly doing nutritional research and as well as my nursing studies. I love being active and having fun. Exercising is something I do for myself to keep myself alive and awake throughout my day, and something I do that makes me very proud.

I really would like some meal time ideas, and more tips on how to stay focused. I am also off to school again pretty school, and I would like to know how to stay focused there as well (due to the late night partying, stress, and endless amount of food at the cafe).

Today is my 5th day being vegan, and I'd say for about 80% of the time, I have eaten high carb low fat raw vegan. At home it's been fine, with little to no cravings of cooked food, and I'm usually pretty satisfied and stuffed with fruit.
