Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I am looking to gain muscle mass on this diet, and have currently been doing good at bodybuilding mostly vegan, and primarily raw. But I am in the process of finding which vegan protein sources will digest correctly in my body without causing digestive issues. I understand most people do not need as much protein as believed (protein myth), but I have been staying around same weight while lifting heavy consistently albeit I have more energy all day, but I would like to up the mass a bit.

30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV.
