Aussie, 20-something vegan, qualified PT, married with a 3 year old… the day she was born, my life changed in so many ways. Much like what happened to author Johnathan Safran Foer, it occurred to me I was responsible for this little person's life and nutrition which became most important to me, so I began educating myself, and not long after my entire family went vegan. Discovering Freelee via mutual friends on Facebook with a mutual love and respect for all sentient beings, I was then led down a path of awesome discovery, including this website. Didn't take long to have that ‘lightbulb moment’ and realise that this lifestyle would resonate with me in the most meaningful and beneficial way.
