I've read Douglas Graham's Book, 80/10/10 Diet, and believe that there is no other way to reach my lifestyle goal unless I follow the book's guidelines and the nutritional advice given. I'm glad to have found an online community with the same goals, it will be much helpful in my journey to self recovery.
