My problem is this : I cant sleep well for a long time. I try it but a have some problems.
My daily routine is this: I wake up at 4:30 - 5:00 am. I do pranayana breath for 20 - 25 minutes. Then drink 1 lt. of water. At 6:00 - 6:30 i do bodyweight workout for 10 minutes. Take a bath.
