Finishing my 30 day water fast today is the last day

Some people on here wanted me to write about my fast. I wrote about it on that other board . But I like this board much better and I know someone will not try to sell me something.

I feel amazing and this fast was one of the easiest fast I have done. I lost 50 pounds and I feel clear headed and I let a lot of anger go during this fast.

There was times during the fast where I felt light headed if I got up too quickly but not anything too bad. I was cold a lot of the days… Continue
