I currently live down south in Holland (on the border of Belgium) and need advice/tips on where I can buy good quality fruit in bulk.At the moment I am resorting to supermarkets, but it is turning out to be expensive, quality is not too good, nor variety. I am currently living in Holland (technically speaking way down south on the border of Belgium and Holland) for the next six months and have absolutely no idea where I can buy fruit in bulk.For the moment I am resorting to grocery shops, but this is expensive and the selection is poor...Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!!See More

Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I have been dabbling in vegetarianism since the age of 14. Every now and again I fall off the wagon, aware that I was not always feeling great, with a GR8 inclination towards food industry drugs (pastries, pastas, sugars & all the other evils)
It was during my recent backpacking trip in South America where I heard about going RAW in-depth for the first time. I started doing google searches, and through a serious of website stumblers, I found out about Dr Grahams 80/10/10 approach.

I've ordered the book from AMAZON weeks ago, but living in Africa I have my good two month wait ahead. I have not been able to maintain the lifestyle advocated here on 30BAD, as I always made the mistake of under-eating or falling prey to the cooked food drugged feeling.

Every other day, I'm called to make this transition again, but falter. I am hoping that once I read Dr Graham's book I will understand more. At the moment I'm just going by the bits and pieces I can gather from this website.

As someone who has used food to abuse her body and mind, I look forward to the awakening process and freedom that a LFRV lifestyle will bring. I can feel my intuition calling me very strongly to implement this lifestyle permanently. Now it is just a matter of doing this.
