Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I've been a vegan for a few years, and when I'm eating well and taking care of my body I can really tell the difference.I'm in pretty "good shape" by the North American standard, but I feel like I can do alot better for myself. I damn well deserve to feel amazing. It's time for a paradigm shift in my life. If I ever I feel like I'm going to fall off the wagon, I now have this community to turn to which is awesome. Looking forward to meeting new raw friends and becoming a part of this awesome, supportive community!! I'll keep you guys updated on my progress!

I am addicted to hot yoga and I love running with my tunes.

I'm doing my masters in oceanography right now so that keeps me real busy....
Some of my favourite bands are Muse, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Iron Maiden, Queens of the Stone Age, Turbonegro, The Distillers, Rage Against the Machine, Metric, RJD2, Radiohead,Children of Bodom, Japandroids, Bob Marley, John Butler Trio, Xavier Rudd....the list goes on and on and on...
