Before the big change that 811 brought about nearly four years ago IContinue
was confused about everything, I used to partake in a lot ov drugs and
escapism and that prevented personal & emotional development and when
I finally put a stop to all the nonsense all the running away I had to
go through quite a painful metomorphosis..
.. if anything upset me, if anything was troubling or taxing, if i did
something wrong or regretted any actions I just escaped from…

811 the designContinue
I think 811 is missunderstood by a lot of people.. in all appearances
it is a diet: a way of eating, and a lifestyle: a way of living.
But to me the food and the lifestyle is the result of a design, and
this design is what 811 really is...
Nature is hard and resources can be sparce. Survival is all important
and animals eat what they can to survive.
But what happens when this struggle is no longer there.. when food…

Never been a fan of grapes really, never sure about the skin.. but i've made friends with the and am loving them now..
have eaten 1.2 kg of crimson red grapes for breakfast several days in a row... delicious, i find i need to drink plenty of water with them and eat them reasonably slow, note to self 'no shovelling these babies in'.

What are taste-buds for? a work in progress...
We derive pleasure from taste but this is not what it's for, taste sensations are there so we may detect WHAT we are eating, taste being the bodies second line of defence against poison, the first being sight and smell and of course the knowledge of what to look for...
The five tastes and what they signify to the body:
• Sweet -- energy
• Salty -- sodium & other salts
