i ate 1.5lb of grapes this morning,

and just now 2.5 lbs
and wow i am SO STUFFED.

thats 4 lbs!!!
it was so good though,

does anyone know how many calories this all is

well today I only had about 6 bananas fter 4km run, but its not even 11 am. :)
I guess you mean yesterday, I mean yesterday by now :) whatever, here is what I had:
Morning I had about 1.5kg oranges after running then after working out I had about 20bananas :) then in the evening I had some more oranges and a big tomato lettuce bell pepper and zelery salad.
That was yesterday :)

Do you plan on coming to see Dr. D's presentation in Miami on Feb. 21st? It's going to be a blast. A great opp to meet the man himself and a lot of FL health enthusiast and get some fresh tropical fruits.
