I was doing the 811 for a month till today .
I started feeling like if i dont eat something "bad" i wont feel " good".
This is crazy!
I orded some expensive vegan cooked food, eat only a little of it and then throw it away.
After some hours i did the same. So now i dont have money!
But i have lots of fruits.
This month i felt great.Did lots of sports,eat lots of bananas, so i wander WHY i have this craving. Cause after i eat the cooked food i feel bad,physicaly,so no wonder its no good for me.
I dont want to make the same mistake again so i hope you can tell me your tips?!
Do you write down goals?
Cause i dont want to be like a sado maniac to myself . Its really painfull this yo-yo thing.
The only bad thing is that a dont have a big variety of fruits in my country. But now that is getting warm ,things will be better. Eitherway , i think its an excuse .
