Help!!!

I was doing the 811 for a month till today .
I started feeling like if i dont eat something "bad" i wont feel " good".
This is crazy!
I orded some expensive vegan cooked food, eat only a little of it and then throw it away.
After some hours i did the same. So now i dont have money!
But i have lots of fruits.

This month i felt great.Did lots of sports,eat lots of bananas, so i wander WHY i have this craving. Cause after i eat the cooked food i feel bad,physicaly,so no wonder its no good for me.
I dont want to make the same mistake again so i hope you can tell me your tips?!
Do you write down goals?

Cause i dont want to be like a sado maniac to myself . Its really painfull this yo-yo thing.

The only bad thing is that a dont have a big variety of fruits in my country. But now that is getting warm ,things will be better. Eitherway , i think its an excuse .

I need ideas!! Please!!

In Romania they don't import them because of the low demand... recently they started to supply Carrefour/Kaufland in Brasov with some rare seen exotic fruits but they are ridiculous expensive.

" - maybe is more to do with some hidden emotions...I'm almost one month into 811 too and this days I was at my parents house due to Easter holiday and did some cook food and high fat and I'm not feeling good either. But I'm sure things will change back when I'll leave leave for school. I'm not craving cook food anymore and I'm not seeing myself going back to them.

Try some meditation...if you don't know how I can recommend you some interesting books about.

Glad to know there is a low-fat raw vegan in Romania...I was thinking that I was the only one :)) There isn't even a term for us.
