Does anyone know where I can find besides the 80/10/10 a book that has specifics about what I can eat and not eat? I have already lost 5lbs in less than a week. Which I think is great and I feel great. But I still want and sometimes crave cooked food. But the funny thing is that the food I crave is soup. Any idea or help will be greatly appreciated. I am obese or clinically determined to be obese. I have been trying several diets and I always have failed them. I started doing the green smoothies diet which has turned out to be the best thing I have ever done. I feel a lot better and now I can do more exercise. I wanted to do raw foods or vegan diet but I stumbled upon this video by a guy named Durianrider. Then I started researching more and more and I want to now become a raw athlete.

I want to compete in sports. I want to live a more active life. I want to lose so much weight. I need help, I read so much junk on the internet I am just so confused. I started several diets and failed the only diet I have been able to do so far is the raw food diet and the green smoothies it's the only thing that has made me feel good and has shown to really work.
