I am a 22 year old girl and love health & fitness. Since loosing some people in my life due to illness, I have been on a mission to nourish my body with the Earths most amazing foods. Fruit & Veggies! After coming across people like 'Dan the Man','Durian Rider' & 'Megan Elizabeth' on a whim, instantly a switch in my brain turned on and said this is 'right'. It just made plain sense to me. I have been somewhat of a vegetarian since I was 8 years old, occasionally eating seafood and chicken but nothing else. Since discovering raw which was at the start of this year, I have been vegan too, and have never felt better. Any other way of eating to me, seems so foreign to me now, and it breaks my heart to know that people still LOVE to eat meat and will never change their ways. A lot of my family & friends are critical of my changed diet and ask 'How long are you doing this for?' which I reply with ' ...for life!' This isn't just some fad diet to loose weight or anything, this is commitment I'm making to ENHANCE my life with. I'm still a newbie, so I'm still constantly learning about how our body functions and what fruit and veg do what and so on. But I love it, so when I heard about 30BAD, I couldn't not join. Support is definitely something we all need, and I'm excited to find out how other people in my community are going with eating Raw LIving Foods.

All we can do is try and be the best example and hope others take notice and decide to make changes in their own lives :)
