I am here for optimal health and little weight gain. I started gluten free June 2012 and started 80/10/10 July 7th 2012...I have just finished reading the book by dr Graham. I am not 100% raw yet, but am working towards it.
I usually have a 10 banana shake in morning, and one at lunch followed by various other stuff for dinner... Potato, Natto, Kimchi, Miso, Melon, etc...
I work out twice to three times a week. I want to meet like minded people, especially ones who have had success with the diet and can help guide me...
I have seen people over twice my age who have lived th majority of their lives raw, and cannot believe how good they look. This is one of my major motivations, I want to age well!
