For the first time in my life, at 37 years of age, I had a Ha Ha!
moment about fruits and their life giving powers. I think it is the very first
time I also truly appreciate them for what they are.
I was suffering from high blood sugar (at the levels of a Type 2
Diabetic), often reading 150 mg/dl at morning fasting state and 200-300 mg/dl
after consuming dead foods and alcohol.

My goal here is not to recommend eating this fruit or debating if the hot varietes are good for our health, even in their raw form. But it's just that I have observed a very interesting thing and I wanted to share it with you.

My wife was telling me a very interesting story about one of her uncles.
They were living in very small towns in Quebec, Canada where all the information we have today was not flooding in these pre-internet times. Around 30 years ago, he came to visit his sister. Most junk eaters and even vegetarians when they see you eating more than 1 or 2 bananas, they are traumatized as their programming is so deeply wrong regarding food (eat animals, a lot of animal fats, drink yourself to death, take meds that modify your brain connection paths, it's okay!).
