Is hard keeping in LFRV, sometimes is too much sweet, and I can not eat 3000 calories , I 'm not hungry.

It's not easy being 100% fruitarian here in the UK. So I'm not. The fruit quality is terrible and the prices aren't great either. Most of the fruit I find is either under ripe or doesn't ripen like it should do. So I eat potatoes and some grain to top up my calories. I get cravings for all sorts of things when I'm hungry but if eat enough good quality ripe fruit or some rice, they go away.
