Kiwi Lynn said… Hi there! I've only been able to manage about 1800 calories per day, and that's BEFORE I factor in exercise. I'm trying to work my way up to the recommended 2500 per day. I've been eating mostly bananas and dates, with a large green salad as well at dinner. How many calories are you consuming? Maybe you aren't eating enough, that's why your energy isn't increasing? Or you might be going through detox, which could cause your energy to be pretty low since your body is working on getting rid of all that old gunk! :)
