Best day ever? More like best LIFE ever!!

Normally I'd be prepping for bed right now, but at 10pm there is SO MUCH ENERGY/HAPPINESS/LOVE radiating from within my core, pulsing through my blood. Not sure what to do with myself :D

I already cycled 30 mins uphill, circled the park I usually run at countless times and then sprinted up & down the street steps. After 10 hours at 2 different jobs. Ate some mangos, tried to do more rinsing than…

Spiciness + 811 = Hives

I had a curious reaction to some spicy tomato sauce last night at a restaurant. Ordered a plain salad and they were nice enough to whip up some tomatoey "dressing" on the side for me....except it was spicey. Not terribly spicy, but definitely noticeable. In the past, I've eaten plenty of spicier dishes with no obvious reactions.

Anyway, I ate about a tablespoon's amount in total of the sauce with the salad and within 5 minutes of tasting it, my ears began to grow very warm…

You don't realize this until you go months without and then reintroduce it into your diet. At least, I didn't!

This weekend I met up with a friend for dinner at a vegan restaurant. Normally, I would've stuck with the salad bar but I wanted to try the some of the cooked veggie dishes. Foolish girl....
