Ive always wanted to do a raw lifestyle change. Done some research and was really overwhelmed with it all so never tried. Saw this website and wanted to know more. Would like to get back to healthy lifestyle, more energy and weight loss. Would like to lose at least 50lbs. I enjoy being outside with my dogies, gardening and hanging out with my family.

For 5 weeks I dramatically increased the number of miles I ran, while maintaining the same diet, to see how that would effect weight loss. The common view is that it's battle of calories in vs. calories burnt. is it?
