Avocados just may be the key to my success.
I realized that in the past, when I try to follow 80/10/10 consistently for a period of time, I'm not exactly following 80/10/10. Basically what I've been doing is eating fruit all day every day, and then throwing in maybe 2 or 3 salads a week, and maybe 1 avocado a week. Eating this way, I have ups and downs. Sometimes I'll feel really great, and other times I'll feel extremely tired. Eating this way has also consistenly worsened…

I'm ready to be reborn. I'm ready to stop the cycle.
