Every time I'm there I see the book shelf and I always tell myself "Why the **** isn't the 80/10/10 book here?" It's more important than all the other books there, imo. Continue

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: Started the LFRV diet because the SAD diet, vegetarianism and veganism was not working for me. Every time I ate grains and fatty foods, I knew my body didn't like it, but I was blind because many of the sources I was reading from had me fooled that all those things were VITAL for human growth and health and a good portion of it too. Fruits and veggies were just considered snacks for me. I'm 3 weeks in and I feel a big change. One of my biggest issues was constipation, now I'm flowing just right, FINALLY!!! :)

Now I'm still battling acne, environmental/pet allergies, dandruff, and tinea versicolor.

If you can inform me with any specific fruits I should be focusing on to help heal faster, that would be awesome!

Otherwise, just keep up what your doing DR and Freelee, all the videos and replies have been insanely informative and inspiring. I'm the only one in my circle of friends that eat the way I do, at times I feel lonely, but in reality I know there's a big group of us, not just in the human species, but in a nature as well. I know I'm eating one of the best diets in the world, and living in the best planet in the universe!

What I talked earlier about limes is that they are a kind of natural drugstore... They can cure more than 800 illnesses and come on handy when the issue is cosmetic.

I use them to help with my serious dandruff for years, for my psoriasis too.They are under control!

I take the juice of two limes religiously in the morning and when going to bed and apply the juice all over my scalp and psoriasis affected areas twice a week before i go to bed! As you have Tinea Versicolor, it's better maybe to apply it more often...

Just wash like crazy in the morning, k? Otherwise, the sun will burn you.
