I came to raw food looking for PCOS relief. I naturally ate close to 811rv because I didn't own any equipment or know where to get other "raw" foods. Then I found a raw restaurant, dehydrator, etc and started to feel not as good as I did when I first started. This all happened within 3 months and after much reading and research, I'm really excited to get back to 811rv. I'm going to help myself with PCOS and Candida and I look forward to hearing what successes others have had.
