Sweet Green Creamy Soup Recipe

Posted on November 11, 2011 at 9:30am 1 Comment

3 ataulfo mangos

4-5 medjool dates

2 handfuls of celery

1/2 cup to 1 1/2 cup water (to subdue the date's sweetness)

The consistency of this soup, and the appearance looks just like split pea soup (one of my old favorites)....and it also kinda tastes like a sweeter version of it too....

Hope somebody out there enjoys this combo as I am

;]

P.S. On my second bowl of this I decided to add chopped tomatoes and a few onions for a…

Food: 10 bananas (1000)

8 oranges (560)

romaine head

celery heart

*For some reason I was REALLY REALLY stuffed yesterday...it was very odd, I have a feeling I needed more bananas vs. oranges. The oranges must've got to me...it felt like my tummy was so tightly packed it was going to burst open! I'm going to focus on bananas today

Exercise: 70 minutes treadmill, 4.0… Continue

Hi Emily! I'm glad you liked the fruit haul (: , and yeah you should definitely come down here someday to see how you like it. I'd love to have a fruit muncher partner, I mean the fruit phobia isn't that bad down here but people are not willing to trade their tacos for fresh fruit :S lol, anyways GOOD VIBES from Mexico sister (:

Wow, those are some exotic places. I had thought of Costa Rica at one point myself. I really wanted to leave the U.S. a few years ago. . Maybe the best thing for you is to travel around a bit and in the process find a place you can call home : )

As for the weather here, it's been pretty rainy although there was a bit of sun today. I had to do a massage on the beach when the winds were blowing and we were just finishing when it started to rain again. I would say we had good timing. Tomorrow I have the day off so hoping for some sun. I need my Vit D.

Much love and light to you,

Solar

Yes! The moon was brilliant! I live across a sound and it was coming up on the overlooking side, making it appear gigantic.

What part of Cali are you in? I hope to move southward someday soon.
