Hi,I am vegan for more than a year and a half and almost raw vegan for about the last three months. by almost I mean I eat cooked like once (twice at most) times a week. I ate like two avocados during those three months and a couple of time thaini I exercise the same, didn't lose or gain weight.  I did today a blood test and some values are a bit high, so I was wondering if I'm OK. "Most breakfast places offer some type of fruit cup. Or you could just have juice. Or you could eat some type of low fat cooked breakfast. I guess I would hope for a fruit cup. Maybe sneak a couple of bananas in to cut up into it."
