I've always been allergic to dairy & gluten has been a problem that's gotten progressively worse (or more obvious rather) over the last few years. After having already been a vego for years and realizing that if I'm not eating dairy or gluten either, I'm really only consuming fruit & veg, so I was vegan for probably only a year or so before I stumbled across raw eating & finally fruitarianism. After about 6 months of research I became a fruitarian for an entire year & it was the best health I've ever experienced in my life. Only problem was that I found it incredibly isolating. It's horrendous for you socially & I found myself CRAVING foods I hadn't touched in over 10 years by the end of my fruitarian stint. After spending the last 6 months eating whatever the hell took my fancy I'm back at rock bottom health wise, with possibly the poorest immunity on the planet. I'm ready to commit to my former lifestyle again so I can be better than just healthy and achieve all the rad stuff I'd like to do in life! There really isn't anything like the health you experience when your body is running on such pure fuel. I recommend a 30 day practice to anyone that's been wanting to give it a go and tell me you don't wanna continue at the end cause you just FEEL SO DAMN GOOD!

Wow your story sounds quite similar to mine, low carb diet's drastically affected my health where I was scared to exercise because of a series of health problems. Low-carb diets are ridiculous I feel even more silly when I realise how much I was supporting them when I was losing weight from undereating...I even wrote a whole English assignment on how effective they were. Yea effective for a few months until your body tries to balance and and regain it's health..But I know better now! HCRV for life! :)
