We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I have been on my health journey for just over a year, last year I lost 56lbs in a really dangerous way (starvation and purposely induced ketosis) I gained 20lbs back since I came off it and am now repairing the damage through good food and exercise, looking to find my healthy natural body while having a lot of fun! 30BaD makes sense to me, I have read a spectrum of nutrition and diet books and so far 801010 is the only one which seems to feel right in my head and my heart.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I read A LOT it's easiest to say I usually have one fiction and one non-fiction on the go at any one time, I read educational books, health, environmental science, laws of attraction, history, geography. I indulge in cheap chick-lit and romance, sci-fi/fantasy, abstract, adult humor, children's novels. I try to read one old english classic a year and NO crime or CSI TV or books, there is enough crap going on already without inventing more!!
