I am 35 years old. I have 2 children and have been married for 16 years. I am an ultrasound tech. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. I live 6 hours from my family (borhter sisters, mother ect). I have been dealing with health issue ever sicne my first menstral cycle. I had an emergency hysterectomy for my 26th birthday. I have a gangreenous gallbladder, I was diagnosed with endometrosis. I have been on and off of disabily for the past 7 years dealing with surgery or gastric problems that just wont seem to go away. I have done everything the doctors asked and still I am struggeling. I keep getting the "your depressed" song and dance or maybe its IBS. Of course I am stressed I have childrens animal marriage, not to mention financial problems since I can't seem to stay healthy for more than a few days, at best a few weeks. I gained weight with my pregnancy's that I never lost, no matter what diet i've tried. I have no energy and just struggle to get out of the bed on any given day of the week. Also my husband had multiple health issue that I believe are diet related. Neither of us work out since usually we don't have the enery to do more than just what it takes to survive. So I am looking for a livestyle change for the whole family. My son is also heavier than i would like. My daughter is tiny (like I was until I had kids). Bottom line is i'm searching for answers. I read that you are what you eat. When my husband and I are being intimate I honestly wondered if there was a way to make both of our bodily fluid taste better.

MY favorite books are erotica. I love anne o'connell, and most things BDSM. Movies I love terminator, die hard, slap stick comedy (boat trip, american pie, theres something about Mary). Pastimes.. honestly with my health I haven't been able to do much but i love swimming and even though I am a brown skinned girl I love laying out in the sun. I also enjoy dancing, taebo, and sex.

I watched the fild fat sick and nearly dead and started juicing but noticed I was starving all the time and had a raging headache most of the time. I only came across the Dr site on tutube yesterday. I want to know how to start living vegan while working and tips for things like.. I have a field trip to montery bay (where the aquarium is) with my daugher soon how do i pack food and have it not go bad since we will be gone for 13 hours or more. What do i eat if I end up being out for longer than anticipated running errands. What do i eat before and after working out for sustained energy. Should I expect to be tired the first few week with changing my diet or are headache or diarrhea normal occurrances with this way of eating? Will I always want to rip my nose hairs out one by one to keep from smelling the aweful gas that seems to be rearing it's ugly head?
