Water melon is a fruit that really should be consumed all on its own.

Hello! So far this diet had really helped with my training, but today something strange happened. I'm a dancer and I mostly dance what is called breaking. A lot of the dance revolves around spinning on head, back etc. Today I wanted to practice some spinning moves again. After spinning for a couple of times I got a really bad feeling in my stomach as if i was going to puke. I didn't get dizzy or anything just got a really bad feeling in my stomach. I had never felt this bad after doing it…See More
"I seem to be getting a similar reaction when waking up. As Reed said it's nothing to worry about. I'm sure it'll pass away once the body gets used to it.

"Man his vids are boring and so complicated. Barely managed to watch them. Always seems like he's just talking a lot and not saying anything. Like how he claims that he has plenty of clients who stopped 80/10/10, but he doesn't really give…"

Whenever I talk about how I eat to other S.A.D people, they somehow combine my diet with being some kind of religion.I can understand that raw food is a very weird new idea to others who has never heard of it before, but I find it to be a punch under the belt when people intentionally try and make me look like a religious fanatic, when in fact I am many times the only atheist in the room at the time even lol.It might be that they think I sound like a fanatic and they automatically connect it…See More

"Don't be so hard about it on yourself. I kept eating rye bread for quite some time after begining the transition to a HCRV. I soon realised that it fogged my mental clarity. IMO if you cut things slowly you'll notice the difference much…"

I'm a 16 year old student. About to start studying in the IB high school program. My main hobby's are dancing and other fitness activities.
I got in to raw foods trying to get more energy after living in a constant fatigue and I was coming from a very sick childhood. I mainly wanted to gain more energy so that I could perform better as a dancer and not feel so fatigued each day from recovery.
After slowly reducing the amount of animal and refined products like white flour I really noticed the huge difference in my health and now i don't even think of meat as a food.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I'm obviously a big fan of Dr. Grahams work (both books and lectures on everything he covers) and I'm looking for some books that have information about the most successful civilizations/people in terms of health and longevity.
I'm also a big fan of the movie called "The Secret" and the whole law of attraction itself as it has proven to work for me in a lot of situations.

As many beginner 80/10/10 followers I'm still struggling to constantly meet my daily calorie needs and one of the main reasons on why I wanted to register here is that I'm trying to find some other HCRV in my own country for some shopping advice.
